More than 200 community members gathered at the Twin Hills Country Club in Longmeadow this past Saturday for a significant fundraising event. The occasion was the 8th annual Education Matters Brunch, hosted by Parent Villages Inc., which successfully generated essential funds to outfit a newly renovated program suite dedicated to local youth and young adults.
The brunch serves as a cornerstone fundraiser for the organization, which is focused on supporting the educational and developmental needs of young people in the community. This year’s proceeds are specifically earmarked to furnish the modernized space, ensuring it is fully equipped and welcoming. The renovated suite will provide a dedicated and functional environment for programs that empower the next generation, offering resources and guidance critical for their growth and success.
Attendees enjoyed a morning of connection and philanthropy, united by the common goal of investing directly in local youth. The event underscored the community’s strong commitment to creating tangible, positive spaces where young people can learn, develop, and thrive. The successful turnout and fundraising efforts mark a major step forward in completing this valuable community asset.
